Consortium Information ZoneCommunity Interest Company On 24th July 2007 the South London Learning Consortium was officially registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC). Community Interest Companies are designed specifically for those wishing to operate for the benefit of the community rather than for the benefit of the owners of the company. The South London Learning Consortium is a trading arm of the South London CVS Partnership (SLCVSP) which itself was formally established as a Charitable Company in November 2006.
