New Funding Programme announced

Capacity Builders has announced details of a new funding programme which aims to improve the reach of infrastructure for a range of marginalised groups. Improving Reach is a pilot programme which will run until March 2008. The aim of the programme is to improve access to capacity building & support for a range of front line organisations that may not have been reached in previous ChangeUp programmes.
