Sustaining Community LearningProject start date: January 2004 - March 2004 Aim: Keyplayers Consultancy from Southern Ireland were employed to carry out an 'options feasibility study' to develop a strategy and appropriate learning delivery arrangement, for long-term sustainability of community based learning delivered by the voluntary and community sector. This study involved consultations with all those involved in the LiNC Programme; V & C organisations, learners, colleges, tutors, LiNC workers and the funder, and reviews of international practice in the field. The published SCL Report is excellent evidence that is being utilised to access more funding to ensure the success of the LiNC projects is built upon and access to appropriate learning opportunities for disengaged communities is provided. Funder: LSLSC, Why NOT? Innovations Futures Fund
